On the Cover:

This painting by Idaho artist Dan Burr (www.danburr.com) depicts U.S. Ski and Snowboard Hall of Fame member Jack “Red Dog” Reddish (1926–1992). In 1948, Reddish won the national downhill, slalom and combined titles and raced for the U.S. in the Winter Olympics at St. Moritz, Switzerland. Burr painted this in 2007 to commemorate the fifth anniversary of the Alf Engen Ski Museum in Park City, Utah.
