Among many other assignments with Stein Eriksen, Sun Valley photographer Fred Lindholm produced 208 photos for Come Ski With Me, Eriksen’s 1966 autobiography, edited by Martin Luray. “God knows how many times I shot him,” says Lindholm. “And he was perfect every time.” The cover image was taken in 1966; the photo below was shot at Mammoth Mountain in 1962.
